The House.
The house is located within a house that had a deep energy renovation in 2013 and today is run with renewable energy (solar photovoltaic and thermal). The room has queen size bed, a kitchen equipped with induction hob, microwave, Nespresso coffee machine, TV, table with two chairs, a large bathroom with shower, washing/drying machine, walk-in closet and a small terrace overlooking the green.
The breakfast is not included.
Access to the house is independent.
The house is located close to the historic center of Vicenza, 100 meters from restaurants, 150 meters from the hospital and 2 km from the train station (bus stop is 50 meters far). Private parking is not available, but you can park in the neighborhood (eg. Via Durando).
We are open since May 2016.
